| On-Site Unix Service
We provide on-site, as well as remote service and support for many forms
of Unix.
SCO, AIX, Solaris, BSD we've provided service for a range of Unix products.
SCO, we often find this product in both Industrial and Medical job sites.
In most cases, simple Compaq or HP servers.
Where as with AIX and Solaris, we usually see in high availability server
environments, often much more exotic hardware.
The bottom line is simple, if you're having server problems, you need it
fixed, up, and running.
We've performed many emergency server recoveries, which has given us the
skills and experience to reduce youre down time, and get not just "book
& lab experience," but the ability to get you up and running to
cut payroll checks today experience.
In specialized cases, we have had companies ship the ailing server or drives
to us. We in turn recovered the data, then setup OS and data drives, which
could then be returned installed and turned on, done.

Unix Service Contracts
Already have a number of Unix servers running, need to have some one keep
them running correctly? We have a couple of products for that:
- On-site service contract
- Remote service contact
- Remote monitoring contract
Each product has it's own place, offering differing types of service based
on your company's needs and budget.
On-site service contract
Just like car insurance, if something happens to that server or workstation,
we'll come to your site and fix it, period. Depending on the issue, we
may or may not bring the server to shop. In either case, we'll get that
system up and running the way it was.
Remote service contracts
In some cases due to travel constraints, we perform these services remotely.
Unlike on-site contracts, this type of service is ususally restricted to
managing system and user resources, not emergency services.
Remote monitoring
The server or system is setup to email our shop if and when problems occur.
In addition, we'll login once a month and make sure the system is looking
and running correctly, and notify you of any problems before they happen.
